We want to make this conversion and welcome into the BP family as easy as possible. So much so, that we will give you a dedicated project manager, a BP image advisor, and a one-stop shop for all of your new materials.

 

Brand Conversion Timeline

 

weeks 1-2

  • Schedule forecourt survey and MID survey (sign installer)
  • Choose network provider, identify VASC, and order site systems equipment

week 3

  • Receive forecourt material estimate and concept drawings
  • Begin permitting and hire installation contractor
  • Place forecourt order

week 4

  • Receive MID material estimate and artwork
  • Place MID order when ready
  • Schedule installation of telecommunications equipment

week 5

  • Forecourt materials ship two weeks after ordering
  • Begin painting
  • Perform any dispenser remediation required for POS of choice
 
 

week 6

  • Begin installation of forecourt materials
  • Begin installation of telecommunications equipment

week 7

  • Begin installation of POS, Commander, Enhanced Zone Router and PIN pads
  • Site comes on-stream to BP Network*
*Notify BP Helpdesk 48 hours in advance

weeks 8-9

  • Receive MID material estimate and artwork
  • Place MID order when ready
  • Schedule installation of telecommunications equipment

weeks 10-12

  • Visual standards review and approval
